St Kit, who, according to legend, was a Canaanite 12 cubits (18 ft) tall and with a fearsome face.
He holds patronage of things related to travel and travelers ( including cyclists): against lightning; against pestilence; archers; bachelors; boatmen; bookbinders; epilepsy; floods; fruit dealers; fullers; gardeners; for a holy death; mariners; market carriers; motorists and drivers; sailors; storms; surfers; toothache; and transportation workers.

What a wonderful illustration! I really like the style...and the big burly (yet sweaty and still in need of protection) traveller, and the smaller protector. Lovely!
I wonder, if he is related to Chichi's Talis man.
